Anything that feeds on baitfish will like it, early in the spring I've had 20-24 inch cod nearly rip the rod out of my hands. My list of fish on that bait is quite long; stripers, blues, cod, fluke, tarpon, ladyfish, jacks, spanish mackeral, baracuda, large & smallmouth bass, pickeral, salmon and even a few crappie and sunnies who's eyes were bigger than there stomachs.
