Your probably looking at $10,000.00 plus for all that work.
the salt is just for cleaning the beads inside the softener.
I would suggest having your realestate agent get some money
back from the seller, that's what I did when the built in pool
liner was ripped and the seller said it was fine.

get 3 prices and take the middle one. I live to far from you
unless you buy the system have it there and then I install it
