Realistically, he'd be more than pleased to drive the Saudi Royal Family from power and oust the infidels from the three cities holy to the Islamic faith: Mecca, Medina, and Jerusalem...
He might succeed with respect to the Saudi Royal Family and Mecca and Medina - but you'll see the Four Horsemen before Jerusalem falls.
