off the pier where I've observed them there seems to be alot of mid sized minnows. It is fairly dark so it's hard to say. The fish I'm inquiring about are easy to spot in the midst of the minnows. Maybe some one else in the area has seen them at the top of the tide. If you walk out onto the float at the pier by the iron horse you can't miss them. Look on the west side of the float, that is the spot that I've noticed them the most.
