I grew up absolutely loving hockey. Played the sport from 5 years old to early 30's. Boston was a hockey town first and foremost when I was a kid. The original 6. My idol was #4 and was a young teen during the Big Bad Bruins. I never missed a game for many years. I yern for that style of hockey but it has changed to something that just bores me to tears and will never go back so they have lost me forever. I can't say I have watched a whole hockey game in a decade or more, only the olympic's or an occasional frozen four. Really too bad to see the Bruins struggle to be a legit team. If it wasn't for the dedicated hockey fan base here hockey would have hit the highway a long time ago here. Unfortuntly Jacobs knows that and only spends what he has too to fill the seats. Like stated before it is a buisness now not a sport like it was years ago.

Who the hell really cares what I think.
