I figured as much when I saw a NECN news truck heading over the Sagamore Bridge around 11 this morning.
I think life without parole is mandatory, with the finding of extreme atrocity. If there was discretion in sentencing it would be in about 10 days, not this afternoon.
I guess the replaced juror was the holdout for acquittal.
Interesting appeal coming up. The focus will be on discharging that juror.
