Hendrix's version of "All Along The Watch Tower" is by far greater than Dylan's, no question about it. What else is amazing is seeing how many of today's/or yesterday's top artist claim Jimi Hendrix as their main influence or a key influence -

Robert Cray
Steve Ray Vaughn
Sting
... and I am sure the list goes on, but that is his impact on the music industry ...
