Thanks to all that were there. My wifes grandfather was there in the Navy. An entire building fell on him and he spent a year in the hospital with just about every bone in his body broken. My next door neighbor here in Lakeville was a machinist in the Navy there away from the waterfront and when he heard the planes coming in and finally figured out what the hell was happening he hoped in a jeep with his buddy and drove around the area shooting at the planes with a large machine gun mounted on the jeep. Man he has stories. I was born at Schofield Barracks in Ohau and have been back a few times. The memorial in the harbor is well worth the trip if you are ever there.
