Get it right. George W. Bush was responsible for Katrina and all hurricanes under his presidency. He also blew up the levees in New Orleans, orchestrated the 9/11 attacks, knew about the tsunami and didn't warn SE Asia in time, caused the recent e-coli breakout and is currently planning a massive earthquake along until now dormant northeast fault lines.
