I asked why the high shping[I'm cheap] said flat rate po is only like 6-7 dollars..he said chemicals,,needs to be pkged right so it doesn't blow up at 30,000 ft.
..best volume rate for what they do is ups...guess I gotta eat the shping if I want some.
there's a ps. as to why I'm after this one coat sealer/t.coat...I know someone who used one part [floor/laytex/waterborne] poly on a plug....got lot's of fish on it....not nearlly a scratch on it..hmmm!
