All moneys are accounted for, and explained there.
I know a couple years ago it was voted to give money to the Outer Banks group, in their fight to protect access.. all the Beach Buggy groups that are affiliated with UMS work together, for access.
If I remeber correctly, a lobbyist for Beacon Hill was hired for a brief time, a few years ago, to work on some sportsman issues, and that money came out of the legal fund. A lot of folks that belong don't go to the meetings, but if you have any questions, that is the best place to go for answers. First Wednesday of the Month 7 PM Lakeville Lions Club, 10 months of the year, no meetings July and August.
Or, go to the MBBA Web site, the officers all have email links off the site, shoot them an email, with whatever questions you have.
Right, but your asking for money from non-MBBA members on S-B.com. I'd like to add to the raffle and donate some $, but I think BackBeach is right and dont want to blindly pay out without some deeper info on how the funds are used.
This could be one of the most important fights for acces on the NE coast, everybody should be involved or at least interested in the Capes outcome.

Sooner or later you're going to realize just as I did that there's a difference between knowing the path and walking the path. - Morpheus
