That looked much like when me and Clammer were coming back from a winter trip....

Actually - that was me typing on Clammer's computer a little while ago - but it's all true ... After the game, we headed to a winter fish spot in the tin boat. First bass of 06 was on before 5pm and Mike and I ended up with close to 30 micros to mid twenty inch fish between us....It was cold, cold enough that the water collecting on the guides was freezing quickly enough to cause considerable drag on the line But then the action started.

Driving back to the Clammster's house with the boat and trailer making all kinds of noise as usual, going up the main drag bouncing here and fro, heard the noise of a trailer winch quickly unwinding and then - silence. The 16' tin boat was laying in the middle of the main drag . It ripped off ther trailer strap and the backup safety chain. Luckily a few people stopped by and helped us lift the boat back onto the trailer....

On BREIF inspection, the boat looks OK and the motor looked fine as well but will need to wait until tomorrow to be certain - always an adventure
