it's so true.... i had told my boss i was from southern Cal
which was a true statement...as i had just left there after being there for around ten years.....ok
and i felt more like a californian than a new englander...even though i was born here.....
3rd week into the job...I'm doing great... and i happened to blurt out
i was born in the boston area....when asked!
the guy next to me got right up
walked over to the boss.... and i was instantly issued a paycheck
and sent on my way...
my point being.... Them forgetting (
getting over the civil war thing)
aint likely to happen any time soon.
