I agree with Clamma,
When I had my 20'cc I had nothing. I did have a big igllo 162 with a cushion to sit on for long rides on calm days.
A leaning post can be nice on a rough day but I prefer to stand and white knuckle the wheel.
You just sacrifice too much fishing area to a fixed object. My girlfreind(s) when I had that boat never liked going on it because there was not much place to sit.
