cleanliness issue
bacteria can be dealt with using heat, soap and scouring pads
or soft wire brushes...and a roll of the blue auto shop
paper towels work nicely...
but all food has bacteria in it .... even milk though pasteurized has what the gubbermint thinks is a safe level of bacteria remaining afterwards.
the point being, that you also need to increase your body's resistance to bacteria that you encounter.
our bodies are literally crawling with micro- bugs living on us
like seaguls and rats at the dump.
make sure to eat some yogurt that has the good bacteria in it
for example....lacto bacillus, and the e-coli remedy recently found in a yogurt protien proves out that theory.
oregano has great curative/preventative properties
Oregano (Origanum compactum) is one of the most powerful essential oils. Highly damaging to many kinds of viruses, oregano was recently shown in laboratory research conducted at Weber State University to have a 99% kill rate against in vitro colonies of Streptococcus pneumoniae, even when used in one percent concentration. (S. pneumoniae is the microorganism responsible for many kinds of lung and throat infections).
