Joe Lyons has some new bags, hav'nt seen them in person but rumours are that they are nice.
You can take the vac tubing and glue it together with PVC cement Then glue a piece of plexi to the bottom and burn some holes in it.
There are also the polycarbonate tubes that the BW bags have in them available somewheres on the net, I did some research once when I was going to make my own bag and then said fugedaboudit and got a skinz.
I think a clever fellow could make a belt holder for long needles out of a piece of PVC downspout, some wood, a little this and that. Would hold those one footers...
