What I like about fall fishing? Driving on hour, fishing 3, driving one hour and still being home by 10pm
... Probably would have fished longer but blues put big dent in eels. Would have like to been there a little earlier but, Oh well...
Managed a few bass up to the mid twenties and several blues (no matter how much you try to avoid them) with a decent east south east wind pushing almost in the face and some wet rollers (forgot the rain shell
) but it wasn't too cold out last night, actually warmer than expected.
I love the fall....
