I have a very nice /descent size cape coming in / all hd wds, f/p , breezeway , garage ,fenced in a good location //its gonna list around 239K ... I wanted to help my sister get into it [[she been there for me]] even if I throw 20% down /leaves her no PMI ...she said she can,t make the payment >>????????
by this time next year / the banks will be giving property away // since the beginning of the year / I know of at least 7 lenders that have pulled out of RI :::::
