Some of the Avenues in Manhattan turn into wind tunnels in weather like this.

Although someone on 77th (Around 77th and 2nd) has a quad cab 4x4 pickup with a rod rack on the front and a rack on the roof of the cap. (Ben? any clue who this is?)
