The Feb, 1 meeting of the Bureau Of Natural Resources annouced it had submitted legislation designed to stabilze funding as rising expenses and declining license sales needed to be turned around. A few types of other licenses will see increases, the free licences for 65 and old will end at the end of the year, but the biggest surprize was the proposed marine license. Public hearings to take place at the end of Feb.
