Magnesson-Stevens act has been passed, Federal says States have to record numbers of rec. anglers, thus, a license will be required... it will happen in all coastal states, and soon.
The question that should be asked, by the fishing organizations, and clubs... is what will anglers get back?
Access Rights, (foot and ORV), Boat Ramps, Parking? Education? Enforcement?
Or, will the General Funds of the Coastal States, just get a little more padding.....
