its going to happen either in 2008 or federally in 2011 . I dont mind a $5 hike for combination fresh and salt . but where is the money going in a few years . The law says it must go to the DEP but more than likely it wikll end up in the general fund . My biggest concern is when it is put into law am I going to have to get a license for Ma , RI , NY and Ct ? there is nothing on this yet cause from what I understand mass and RI havent come up with a plan . Ct has been working on this for a while and they will have public meetings near
months end .
