My daughter was after me to make her a plug. It was a one of a kind and perfect, but i dropped it and put a scratch in it before it was completly dry.
I gave it to her that way and said, look it's not perfect, nothing ever is.
She never forgot and when she screws up she tells me she feels better cause of what i said. May not have been perfect, but it turned out good.
