in the first picture I can see the set screw in the smallest groove on the rear pulley. Remove the set screw with an allen wrench and pull the pulley off. See how long the key slot is in the motor and the pulley and try to get the key under the set screw and lock it down.... Make sure the grooves in your pulleys are in line before you tighten it up...
