I tie as needed. Usually just 30 to 65# leader material. I leave 2 spools tied to my bag with zip ties and carry a small plano box with snaps and swivels in it.

As far as using Flouro, I almost never use it. The waters we fish aren't like fishing in the florida keys so the "flouro theory" isn't needed IMHO.
