1 new quart (or liter) of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, H2O2.
1/4 cup (50 ml.) of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon (5 ml.) of Liquid Soap

Keep it on 10 min and don't get it into the dog's eyes.
