Ya that's it Fred, and alot more comfortable than a Finga.
. I was skeptical, but after using it the first time i was convinced. First time i could breathe thru both nostrils in years. Didn't know what it was like to actually breathe. First thing my wife noticed, i wasn't coughing and clearing my throat 1000 times a day.
Be prepared for some serious goo with the flush though.
