19' Cape Horn, 21' SE Parker, 20' Spec Edit Northcoastcc(all brand new)

We are currently looking to downsize our Albemarle 27'. We are looking at the 19 Cape Horn with a 150 etec(or yamaha 150)...21'parker 150 yamaha...20' Northcoast w/175hp Etec. We aren't really sweating the finish since neither my bro or I have a wife or kids that we need to make happy...plus we plan on splashing fish guts all over it anyway...and we aren't out there to impress anyone....of these boats, we want a boat that will be the perfect boat for us. 50% Back bay fishing, 40% Rips/del bay/out to 5 miles fishing and 10% out to 20 miles trolling. We want the best fuel economy we can get...so if its etec..great if not then yamaha 4 stroke? They are all pretty much priced around the same when it comes to options vs standard features(cape horn comes loaded with standard features and a trailer) others need to add on to come close to what the cape horn offers. All 3 are mid to high 30's.
The Cape Horn like I stated is loaded with standard features, an 80 gallon gas, 20 gal livewell, ttop with e box, spreaders, 6' 270qrt insulated fish box 150 etec. Trailer
The Parker is the one without many stanard features...and the dealer had a 150 on the back end...I think it is a bit underpowered for the money.
The Northcoast(many people bash because of its fit and finish)..will come with ttop ebox, spreaders, insulated fish box, 175 etec and 82 gal gas.

Which of these boats would be your choice taken what our % of fishing would be? Thanks

For Sale: 1995 Albemarle 27' Express $45,000
