LEt's see....it looks like bait. Transport via liveewell to Flint Pond or Spy Pond. Take a pair of scissors...remove dorsal fin...add one 6' heavy duty freshwarer rod, a large hook and a float bobber. Result: Roy L's elusive Tiger Musky State Pin.
