Shimano reel turnaround
Sent in two boxes of reels for service. One box was under the platinum plan that comes with the fancy reels. The other was standard service for my regular conventional reels (tekodas, torium, etc). Got the platinum stuff back within a week or so but never heard anything about the other reels. I forgot about them and went up in my fishing attic to survey my gear and noticed ...Hey, I never got those other reels back. Of course I lost the shipping receipt so now I am getting nervous. Sent them an email and they said...I should get them shortly they are running on a 10 week turnaround right now. Keep that in mind if you are about to send in a few reels for spring.
