"BW, I'd get a full water bottle or tennis ball, place it under your arch and roll it back and forth on the floor 10 mins 3 or 4 times a day to strectch out the tendon. Good relief."
I froze my water bottle and it was great. also used aftermarket insoles for a year. dont need them anymore. in the beginning i couldn't walk from the bed to bath without using somthing to hold onto.
