What kind of boat, are the rod holders for trolling, chunking or storing rods?
I'm no fan of clamp on rodholders, freshwater you might be fine, but if a big fish hits and takes off like a freight train, you better hope your drag is loose and the rod/reel has is somehow attached to the boat.
