It looks like you guys fished the east side of the island. On Columbus day weekend I fished the outlet of the salt pond down the south end with my son and we could ahardly lift our arms the next day. All on topwater swimmers same yellow and red combo as well as white polaris poppers . Most of the fish where 28-35". We walked the west side back to the dock and took fish all along the west side (nice boulder fields ) How far south did you go? We found most of the east side posted coming from inland ( the path from the observation platform) but we were happy with what we found. We're hoping for one more trip out there this year but it's getting late.
