Not sure if you know or not but the movie theatre and Pop's Shell shack were torn down and are being converted into a hotel now.
Casting Z you are so correct , this year I have been watching some of my spots very closely and I am amazed at the changes I've seen. There's going to be some nice fishing on LS with that little bowl now there...it was all rocks before for about 25 years. Now it's a nice sand bowl area that should hold some fish in that corner.
