Thanx Bud8fan, I think I'm gonna go with an Abu Garcia 6500,and I'll stock up on Gamakatsu 5/0 Octopus hooks. Does anyone have any suggestions on dead cut bait hook size and brand for Stripers?? Just a good general siize that will hook schoolies AND cows?? DO circle hooks work well? And also, what the hell is the dead with the red colored hooke, why does everyone make a big deal about them, are they that good?
