FOX POINT BARRIER

I have caught bass there in February on white jigs with striper strip or uncle josh pork rind. Low tide seems better. Sometimes the power plant releases chlorine in the water...no fish when this happens. I have watched people in small boats catch fish after fish fishing that outflow from the plant.
What I do is let the jig drift out with the flow then jig it back slow and deep. I have had the most success that way...good luck!
