I had a call at our Wendy's one night. I walked in the back door and looked at this small grill in the middle of the room. Some kid was just about standing on the spatula pushing down on it. The manager walked over and I said thats why when you sevre it it doesn't look like whats on TV. He was insulted. Started explaining to me the "eight step" cooking process. NO THANKS.
