Pay attention to the signs - you will have to sit thru their instructional movie and that will give you an idea of the beach.
The only advice I will give you is to lower the air pressure to at least16 pounds and drive in low gear. If you feel the vehicle straining, lower the pressure a couple of pounds. Low and Slow isn't just a slogan. Also - stay off the backside dune until you are sure of your abilities. It is pretty soft and steep.
