Well, got out for only the second time this year. Arrived at a spot I've been wanting to try for a while, and 3rd cast I'm hooked up!, granted it wasn't a cow or even close, just a 24 inch schoolie, I fished until the sun rose and then a few other people showed up, I managed to catch 2 more until I decided to call it quits. All fish were taken on a 6 inch herring colored storm shad fished really slow. I had one storm shad, which got the tail bitten off and that was it. They really weren't hitting anything except that blue and white storm shad. I cast a few danny's out, but nothing. Tried a hopkins, and missed one. But hey 3 fish in about an hour, I'll take that, Now for the cow!
