TODAY, the water was like GLASS. stoped at the canal tossed a few topwater poppers, trying to attract attention. left there went to the old harbor was about 1 hour left on the incomming, walked out the creek side, just at the mouth FISH WERE SHOOTING out of the water, never seen them do this befor STRIGHT UP in the AIR. then swerling everywhere, all the way out front.UNBELIVEABLE, there were doing the TROUT THING, shoting stright up out of the water. this lasted till about 12:30 on the out going. I left to get something to eat, all cookie cutter size.after talking to a few guys, they said there was a WORM HATCH that night, so I guess it was safe to say the high tide was WASHING them OUT. COOL
that was a FIRST for me, Ive carried worm flys for some 30 years.without using them an them BAM.
