i went there with a PC and i had the
full service policy
and they still wanted to charge me
like you said -> $200.00 bucks...
the thing that pissed me off was...they didnt have the motherboard drivers for a computer
they sell... and that ain't right...
i had downloaded them to another PC but couldn't find a way to transfer them
from one PC to another ...(long story) but finally i took the hard drive out of one PC and installed it in the broken PC as a slave drive...
and copied them over that way.... for free...
