I have a pair of bootfoot size 9 (stout) . They are neopreen but only 3 mil so nit too bad. They fit my 5'8" , 200# & size 10 foot perfectly. TINY /sometimes leak at the right boot/neopreen seam. If they are for a kid, $10 would take them. Can be picked up in Newport or Westport MA.
