Hot Spot = A place where every lure OR
piece of bait I toss gets picked up within a couple of minutes by a 20+ POUND fish and I land
at least 1/2 of them for a period of 30 minutes or more and I can return to the same spot and repeat it.
Everyone has certain expectations for certain spots. There are spots that I fish that I don't
expect a LOT of action, but what action I do expect is LARGE. On the flip-side, there are spots that I expect a LOT of action, but I don't
expect any size.
A BLITZ is a moving HOT SPOT and doesn't count
I think a better question is: What do you consider a GOOD night?
How many fish (size included) in a certain period of time?
I've heard some guys say: "I killed them" when they only caught 3 fish, 1 @25"...and 2nd at 31"...and the 3rd was a bloofish...
