i wasn't trying to understand the reason he had the crow bar

and if was being emploed as a tool then it was for
another sinister purpose

i was on the tail end of ...hearing about this so..
i guess deep inside i was feeing some residual anger
towards the little bastard and wanted to see him
busted for more than assault and battery with a lethal weapon...
