Thanks guys we had fun lugging all the lumber down to the site. Ross no electric as of yet and they want $10,000.00 to hook up to the island system so thats not going to happen to soon.
Swimmer the lot cost was only a few thousand but that was back in 1955. It is a full acre and the last offer we had from someone was back in 1993 and it was $500,000. Figure it has doubled in price since then
