Norton Point sticker enforcement after Labor Day tends to be very hit or miss
The one or two occasions where I was stopped, the deputy let me pass after I told him I was just driving through to wasque and not staying on the county part of the beach. And with the breach, I would expect enforcement ot be even more lax in the fall.
The only places you really, really need the TTOR sticker to fish are Arruda Point and the jetties on East Beach, and Pogue Light and the elbow (including the windmill house). You can access the Gut from North Neck. The only times it pays to have a sticker for the Gut is when the wind's howling from the NW.
