I believe MSBA does have a 30# rule, I can remember Patrick bringing it up at a meeting quite a while ago!
Just my opinion,
But a fish shy of 25lbs is pretty small to weigh in for On The Water,
especially from boat.
Congrats on the fish though!
Maybe I should have weighed in the 32lb fish I got today
, but I won't bother with any thing less than 40!
