Always have at least one. Definetly keep me going through the night after working all day on my feet. I like the sobe and some other jeff gordon 24 citrus ones. Hess station has them for 2 for $2.50

some tap water in a bottle, a multi vitamin and some caffeine pills ( $5 for a hundred) works just as good though
