i fish to relax. a cup of coffee just about does it for me.
many of the energy drinks available have too much sugar. sugar is counterproductive (knocks you out).
if you want caffeine, chug a couple of diet mountain dews and you'll be flying.
BTW - try drinking a 2 liter bottle of mountain dew in one sitting. i doubt you can dew it.
