felony murder? how is a guy in a car being chased by police negligent for 2 copters colliding with each other? he didn't hit either one did he? I just don't see it. Those choppers are responsible to now what is flying around them. Wussification of America, if a judge aloows this bull, that is all it is. I feel for the families of the victims but if the news didn't sensationalize this stuff it wouldn't happen either, let them sue the news stations.
